Our Story

We started Sleepnosis with one simple idea — that falling asleep shouldn’t feel like a battle.

Like so many others, we spent countless nights lying awake, minds racing, trying everything from meditation apps to sound machines and supplements. But nothing really stuck — until we stumbled upon light hypnosis for sleep.

That was the difference maker.

There were only a couple of small, one-off hypnosis programs back then, and we used them for years. They worked — better than anything else we’d tried. But as new sleep tools flooded the market, none could recreate that same effortless drift into rest that those original programs offered.

So, we got curious — and then obsessed — about why they worked so well. We dove deep into the neuroscience of sleep, conditioning, and subconscious relaxation. That research became the foundation for Sleepnosis.
